San Francisco Cusco Hotel

The spacious room offered amazing mountain views, and the hotel's location allowed easy access to tour pickups. The staff’s assistance with our luggage on checkout day added a lovely touch to our stay.

The staff were really kind, and the a twin room we booked was beautiful. The location was favourable, in the middle of jackson, the view was magnificent, too.

Loved the cozy vibe of the San Francisco hotel in Cusco. Comfy beds, and the hot water was just perfect after a long day of exploring. Breakfast impressed me daily with its great quality, with fresh options that kept me fueled for adventures. I appreciated the location. I encountered some issues during check-in. It took longer than expected due to some confusion with the reservation. Adding to that, I found limited breakfast options after a couple of days, which might not sit well for a longer stay. I enjoyed my time but felt some areas could improve significantly.

Initially assigned a room that differed from the original reservation. Had a peculiar odor likely from open drains in the bathroom. After being shown another room, the unpleasant smell persisted, leading to a disappointing experience. I encountered issues with the lack of towels-only one provided for two people, and it was in poor condition, resembling a rag.

The hotel had a great breakfast and the tour desk helped us book our trips to Sacsayhuamán and Rainbow Mountain. The service was friendly, and it was easy to get Ubers. Perfect for a group getaway!
